This architecturally designed luxury home provides unobstructed views of the 13th hole of the premier Brookwater Golf Course. The owners had an eye for detail and left no stone unturned in their pursuit to create their dream home. The design encompasses integrated living with a spacious home office and multiple entertaining areas. Whilst maintaining unique aesthetics, the home achieves a high level of accessibility to gain longevity of home living. Some of the distinctive features include; graded falls to the entry and bathrooms to avoid steps, wide hallways, large open living spaces and an internal glass passenger lift.
This site came with its challenges of building on a considerable slope and restricted access. As this block was one of the last vacant lots in the estate an innovative construction methodology was required to access the rear and sides of the building.
The COVID-19 pandemic struck during the middle of the build causing restrictions on the number of personnel allowed on site and importation challenges as several products were carefully selected for quality from overseas manufacturers.
