Three level building with one level of car parking and two levels of luxury whole level apartments.  Each apartment accommodates a large balcony to enable residences to engulf the city views. Brisbane City Council requirements outlined the new building had to fit the character of surrounding longstanding buildings such as the Enoggera Fire Station and Sub Station.
