The building was constructed from a mix of Concrete tilt panels, Blockwork, Glass and Steel including full amenities to facilitate a commercial kitchen, bathrooms, dressing rooms, offices, auditorium and full-size basketball gymnasium with timber floor. The project also included the refurbishment of the existing dwelling. The building was built on a large existing residential site located at Bellbird Park. The site was classified as Highly Reactive and required the installation of deep piers to support the building’s foundations.
