St. Michael’s College sought a complete renovation of the ground floor toilet block in their L Block building. The updated facilities now include showers, changing rooms, and toilets to better serve the growing needs of students and optimize the area’s functionality.
The project entailed the removal of all existing services and internal structures to accommodate both male and female bathrooms, as well as two PWD (Persons with Disabilities) toilets and showers. Additionally, space for storage and a cleaner’s room was retained.
Collaborating closely with the school and project Design Team, we ensured that the renovation aligned with their requirements while minimally disrupting the critical curriculum schedule. The result was a high-quality project delivered on time and within budget.
